Christmas with Rosemary

I love Christmas but it can be quite emotional and stressful. We all want this year to be MUCH better than last year!  So, I want to show you how to make a range of delicious festive treats which you can pop into the freezer and take out when you need them.  This means you’ll have more time to spend with family and friends and you won’t worry about spending too much time in the kitchen. 

 So, this Christmas Masterclass will give you a great head start with the range of things you know you’ll have in your freezer or fridge and can whip them out when you need them. 

 First up we’ll make a ham.  There are some great tricks I can teach you for getting the best flavour out of your ham, how to cook it and how to make it look mouth-wateringly wonderful.  We’re going to make Gravadlax – cured salmon.  It’s great as a starter, for canapés or just to have on standby for a speedy but delicious supper.  We’ll make red cabbage – it’s a great staple for Christmas with all those glorious and aromatic flavours and great colour. It’s also really healthy.  And then we’ll make utterly delicious and very light sweet short pastry to create your own mince pies along with home made mincemeat.
